Kona Lisa Mahu is a Doctor of Ministry candidate specializing in leadership ethics, design consciousness, and applied theological praxis. Her work integrates Christian ethical formation with participatory design methodologies that cultivate spiritually grounded leadership development in both ecclesial and institutional contexts.
Drawing on over three decades of interdisciplinary experience in ministry, education, nonprofit leadership, and organizational consulting, she develops structured formation models that help leaders discern who they are, where they are developmentally, and how they grow into greater spiritual and institutional responsibility. Her current doctoral work advances AM Leadership™ and the Kairos Compass™ as integrated frameworks for graduate theological education and lay leadership formation.
